Ginger, Mango, Peach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 c cold water
- 4 med orange (peeled)
- 1 piece fresh ginger (with skin ± 6 g)
- 1 ripe mango (peeled and pitted)
- 4 c frozen peach slices
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into your Vitamix jug (in the order listed) and secure the lid.
- start the blender at its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for ± 75 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.

Frozen Berry Kombucha Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 c kombucha (Your favourite flavour)
- 1 c plant-based yogurt / dairy yogurt
- 1 c red grapes
- 1 c frozen strawberries
- 1 c frozen blueberries
- 1 c frozen raspberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into your Vitamix jug (in the order listed) and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.

- Makes about 1.25Lt
- Takes about 10 minutes
- Freeze the yogurt into cubes and package all of these ingredients into a freezer-safe storage bag for an easy to put together smoothie in the morning. You may need a little more kombucha if everything is frozen
