Apple Strawberry Citrus Ginger

Ginger, Mango, Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 c cold water
  • 4 med orange (peeled)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger (with skin ± 6 g)
  • 1 ripe mango (peeled and pitted)
  • 4 c frozen peach slices

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into your Vitamix jug (in the order listed) and secure the lid.
  2. start the blender at its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for ± 75 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.

Notes

  • Makes about 8 Cups
  • Takes about 15 minutes

Frozen Berry Kombucha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 c kombucha (Your favourite flavour)
  • 1 c plant-based yogurt / dairy yogurt
  • 1 c red grapes
  • 1 c frozen strawberries
  • 1 c frozen blueberries
  • 1 c frozen raspberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into your Vitamix jug (in the order listed) and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.

Notes

  • Makes about 1.25Lt
  • Takes about 10 minutes
  • Freeze the yogurt into cubes and package all of these ingredients into a freezer-safe storage bag for an easy to put together smoothie in the morning. You may need a little more kombucha if everything is frozen

  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients into the blades.

  • Takes about 12 Minutes
