Ingredients
- 16 Pears (cored and chopped)
- 2 cups Raisins
- 150 gram Pecan Nuts (chopped)
- 2 ½ tbsp. Sea salt
- 5 Lemons (juice only)
- 3 Onions (Finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp. Grated fresh ginger
- 2 Hot Peppers (chopped)
