Mouth-watering Mushroom Soup – Blender
A mouth-watering Mushroom Soup recipe that is super quick and easy to prepare.Guaranteed to become a family favourite from the 1st try.
- Super Blender
- Stove top and cooking pot
- ½ cup Cashews
- ½ cup Plant-based milk
- 3½ cup Water
- 5 cups Chunked mixed mushrooms
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Large Cherry pepper ((halved, de-seeded and finely chopped))
- Heat the milk and water till almost boiling.Add the cashews and milk / water to your blender Jug and blend on high for 30 sec.Now add mushrooms, the garlic and pepper and blend well until steaming hot.Place in serving bowls and garnish as desired.
