  • Bowl
  • Measuring spoons and cups


For the Doughnuts:

  • Sprouted buckwheat flour
  • Raisins
  • Raw coconut flour
  • Grated carrot
  • Ginger
  • Dates
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla extract


For the Glaze:

  • Coconut oil ( warmed to liquid point)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Honey
  • Water
