The Cucumber and Strawberry Delight is an amazingly refreshing Salad that is not only one of the most delicious salads you’ll ever eat, but it is also easy to prepare as there are very little steps to follow and the salad is really healthy as you will see at the end of the recipe. What more could you ask for in a salad?

For the salad

Cucumber
Strawberries
Feta cheese

For the dressing

Poppy seed
Apple cider vinegar
Mayonnaise or salad dressing
Sugar

  • Strawberries are the only fruit that have their seeds on the outside. The heart shape of a strawberry gives you an indication of one of the body parts it benefits the most. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamins C and K as well as providing a good dose of fiber, folic acid, manganese and potassium.   • The reason we get sick is because our bodies are exposed to substances that are in food and in the air and also in the environment around us, it pollutes us internally and weakens our immune system.
  • When the immune system is weak it is so easy for unwanted bacteria to start deteriorating our health slowly but surely. The water content in the cucumber combined with the vitamins, minerals and nutrients in both the cumber and the the strawberry cleanses the body to remove these unwanted toxins.
